Another month, another project showcase! 
This time, David of Karo LLC generously shared this residential building, built in Oregon and designed using the braced wall method.
ClearCalcs wood beam (generic, rafter, and ridge beams) and wood column calculators were used, as well as the spread footing calculator.
David noted the project was designed before the release of autoseismic and wind features in Project Defaults in ClearCalcs (for which he used the ATC Hazards tool then).
