Eccentric loads on spread footing

I would like to apply an eccentric wall or column on a spread footing, and able ti visualise the stresse diagram avoiding thus to have uplifted area below the footing. These feature is a must and it need to be added .

I’m a bit rusty on footing design theory, but doesn’t placing the centroid of loading within the middle 1/3 effectively eliminate any uplift? Perhaps the loading behind this request is more complicated than this simple rule can address.

Right wilson, adding manually an equivalent moment to recover the eccentricity depending of foundation geometry that we dont know، to compromise uplifting and stressing on soil is tedious, required too many iterations and most of time a sign manipulations lead to make mistakes.
