It appears that the wood shear wall calculator only provides options for OSB/plywood, albeit with 2 grades of sheathing and multiple edge nailing patterns. However, it would be very helpful for me (and commonly for anyone designing in the residential sector) to include options for interior walls sheathed with gypsum wallboard (single- & double-sided), and single-sided OSB/plywood with gypsum on the interior. 2021 SDPWS Tables 4.3B & 4.3C provide the unit shear capacities for these scenarios. It is also discussed in more detail in Sections 4.3.7.2 & 4.3.7.5.
Thank you,
Jacob
