Getting Started Is Easy:
Open the Steel Beam ASD Calculator in the US menu and choose “Generic Beam.”
Activate the “Link Custom Section” option.
Create and configure your custom section in the Custom Cross-Section Properties Calculator, setting the analysis type to “Full.”
Link your custom section to the ASD Calculator and watch your designs adjust dynamically with the updated properties.
Important Details:
- At this time, only I-sections are supported.
